Beyond the page, Medusa is the founder of Baroque Medusa Media, an independent press built from her love of the creative process and her commitment to amplifying fearless voices. She is also a visual artist working in abstract distortions by photographing herself and then dissecting, manipulating, and reconstructing the images into new, unapologetically bold compositions. Her visual work mirrors her writing: intimate, disruptive, self-authored, and deliberately untamed. Select pieces and limited releases are available through her Etsy studio, Abstract Distortions, where she shares collectible works born from this process.
