I’m excited to officially announce that Fractured Realities by photographer Collin J. Rae will be released on July 24, 2026.
Over the past several months, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with Collin as this project moved from concept to finished book, and seeing the proof copy in hand made everything feel real. What began as a collection of striking portraits has evolved into a beautifully produced volume that showcases years of creative exploration, experimentation, and artistic vision.
What makes Fractured Realities especially compelling is that the images are created through practical photographic techniques rather than digital manipulation. Reflections, distortion, texture, light, and perspective transform familiar faces into something entirely new, challenging the viewer to question what they see and how they perceive identity.
