My First Gallery Exhibition: Palm Springs Spinners Selected for DESERT + MODERNISM
Palm Springs Spinners has officially made it onto a gallery wall!
My 48 × 32-inch piece was selected for DESERT + MODERNISM, a curated exhibition at White Rabbit Studio & Gallery in Palm Springs’ SOTA Arts District, marking my first artwork accepted into a gallery exhibition.
Why Palm Springs Spinners Fit the Show
Palm Springs Spinners was created from original photography and transformed through my process of digital photographic manipulation.
The piece combines bold color, geometric desert forms, and midcentury-inspired imagery. When I saw the call for DESERT + MODERNISM, I immediately knew Palm Springs Spinners would be a natural fit.
The exhibition centers on the desert and the architecture, design, color, and spirit of Modernism.

Palm Springs Season + October Modernism Week
October also marks the return of Palm Springs’ high season, when seasonal residents and visitors return to the desert and the Coachella Valley’s calendar fills again with art, architecture, design, and events.
It also brings Modernism Week (October), the four-day fall edition of Palm Springs’ larger February celebration. In 2026, October Modernism Week runs October 15–18.
